DESCRIPTION:Fauré Requiem | Haydn Nelson Mass | Little Organ Mass\nAshtead Choral Society is pleased to present this concert in support of the Poppy Appeal. This concert which will feature Haydn’s Nelson Mass composed for troubled times in 18th Century Europe. After the interval the Chair of Epsom & Ewell Royal British Legion will read the Kohima Epitaph before the Last Post sounds\, leading us into Fauré’s reflective Requiem. A retiring collection will be made for the Poppy Appeal. This is set to be a very special evening.
