Ageing Well Together is a free community event returning to for its 3rd year, this September. Join us for a morning of expert talks, local organisations, practical advice and friendly conversations covering everything from dementia and legal planning to independent living, technology and later-life support. Whether you’re planning ahead for yourself, supporting a loved one or simply want to discover what support is available locally, there will be plenty to explore.
