Tomorrow’s New Quartet are a London-based band compromising some of the UK’s young jazz stars, namely sax player Tom Smith, pianist Sam Watts, electric bass-player Flo Moore and compositional drive behind the band drummer Rod Oughton. Their debut album “All Together, Now!” was released on Ubuntu in 2022, and was given the “Editor’s Choice” review in Jazzwise Magazine. They have toured all over the UK and Ireland, performed the Love Supreme Festival, and got their music onto BBC Radio 3, Jazz FM and London Jazz Radio and streamed over a million times across the streaming platforms. TNQ is one of a number of projects of Oughton’s, who also plays side man to a number of exciting acts including saxophonist Tom Ridout, latin jazz group the Mañana Collective and a vocalist who the EJC crowd are familiar with, Ineza.

Line-up:

Tom Smith – saxophone

Sam Watts – piano

Flo Moore – bass

Rod Oughton – drums
