Nettle and Markham Piano Duo

Making a very welcome return to the concert series at St Martin’s Church are not only the international pianists David Nettle and Richard Markham but also their rare and remarkable Pleyel Double Piano. They will be performing some exquisite French music that was written for this ‘push me pull you’ beast of the musical world. Their Saturday afternoon concert is a prelude to a week of recording an album in the church which they favour for its excellent acoustics. Drinks will be served after the concert which lasts about an hour. Admission is by donation.
